This project called for a room that could do it all, without looking like it was trying too hard. On a compressed timeline and with thoughtful choices guiding the budget, we created a fun, colorful space that seamlessly shifts from workday to game night to casual dinners with friends. The foyer had to quietly handle two kids, a dog, and real life, all while honoring the classic bones of the prewar building. The result feels layered, lively, and intentional - proof that smart design can multitask as well as the family who lives there.
