gift guide // if you're shopping for me // cough cough

Happy Monday!

I hope you all had a relaxing weekend with family and friends. We took a quick trip to Michigan to see my family and it was just the recharge I needed for the upcoming weeks.

And speaking of the upcoming weeks, there are only 23 days until Christmas!

Woo hoo!

So, in case my husband Santa is wondering, here's my list...

We're getting old enough that it's time to start buying some non-Ikea art. My love for Gray Malin knows no bounds, but I am particularly smitten with this print from his La Dolce Vita series. The colors in this print are absolutely stunning and I think it would look perfect above our sofa. In the same vein, I was introduced to Sarah Ashley Longshore's work by Bailey and I don't think there is any better place for her "Drink Like a Fish" series than in our house.

I saw this Lolë jacket a few weeks ago over at GOOP, but I had never heard of the company before. Then when I was home this weekend I saw it in person at one of my favorite local stores. It was lightweight and really flattering when I tried it on. And as much as I love my matching-with-my-brother-ski-jacket that I have from the early 2000s, I think it's time for an upgrade.

Speaking of GOOP they are selling this charming Clare Vivier star clutch. My CV leopard clutch is currently my go-to bag, but I would love to mix things up by adding this monogrammed version to the rotation.

I can never have enough interior design books and these two are at the top of my list. I love Jeffrey Alan Marks from his stint on Million Dollar Decorators (I wish it was still around!) and his new book promises to be full of inspirational and livable design. And of course Miles Redd is the ultimate inspiration. I've been holding out on buying this tome because I wanted to put it on my wish-list, but if it doesn't end up under the tree it will certainly be in my shopping cart on December 26th.

Last but not least, I have admired Bond No. 9 perfumes (specifically Fire Island, the High Line and Gramercy Park) for several years but have never splurged on one for myself. Maybe it's time? That's the best kind of gift right?

So tell me, what's on your wish list this holiday season?
