Happy Memorial Day weekend my friends!
The weather here on the east coast is less than ideal, but I am still excited to spend the weekend with friends and family.
Mike's amazingly smart and funny sister just graduated from law school so I stopped by the new Kate Spade store on Madison and got her this and this for her new job. On a side note, Kate Spade did an absolutely amazing job with the store. It is like a little jewel box filled with inspiration. I definitely recommend stopping by.
Speaking of shopping, there are sales galore this weekend. It's definitely a good time to snatch up some of those summer pieces you have been coveting.

I love this skirt (and the price)!
Calypso Enjoy an extra 50% off sale items
These fun and funky sandals are a great deal.
Furbish Studio Use the code LONGWEEKEND for 15% off everything
It's wedding season! Stock up on these for the perfect gift.
GAP Use the code GAPGIFT for 20% off everything
I highly recommend that Gap jacket we talked about (now on sale!). I got mine in a boys medium and it fits perfectly. I also think these shoes are the perfect summer wedge, and they look much more expensive than they are. In fact, I just ordered them for myself!
J.Crew Use the code SHOPNOW for up to $75 off everything
West Elm Use the code MEMDAY15 for an extra 15% off sale
These are the perfect gift for Father's Day.
Zhush Use the code SUMMERTIME for 15% off everything
These bottle stoppers are an amazing hostess gift, and 15% off is a great time to stock up.
The wedding is now officially three weeks away! EEK! I got a spray tan this week as a test for the wedding and it was a huge fail. I ended up with orange palms and a white hand print on my stomach...whaaaat...
Have any of you ever had a spray tan? Do you recommend any places in the city? Help a pale bride out.
If you follow me on Instagram, you know I have also been playing with the new app A Beautiful Mess (recommended by Bailey). It lets you add text to pictures and do generally amusing things to pass the time (or procrastinate more important tasks). Not that I would ever...
Enjoy the weekend my friends!
