Not to be confused with perspiration.
Just a few things that have me feeling inspired this week...
Above, a fantastic blue and white beach house.
Below, an olive green kitchen with sliding barn doors. I love how the hood fits seamlessly into the rest of the cabinetry.
This wallpaper feels like shibori fabric. Hanging paper above the chair rail is a great way to make an impact without overtaking the entire room.
The perfect message for hard days.
Subway tile is everywhere these days, but this room takes it up a notch with extra long tiles, dark grout and a floor to ceiling installation.
More is more in this sunroom.
I love a daybed for a kids room. It gives you a built in place to sit and read is and space saver when a bed and chair won't fit in the space.
Another twist on subway tile. The wider tiles feel more modern and the counter to ceiling installation makes for easy clean up.
No color, no problem. The mix of textures and finishes (gold, glass, stone, coral, linen, wood) compensates for the lack of color.
Barn wood tables are everywhere theses days. I wouldn't normally gravitate towards these chairs but I like the mix. A bit more unexpected than the modern chairs we keep seeing paired with similar tables.
The gallery wall of my dreams. Crowded, cozy and collected. Perfection.
