Sometimes when you're looking at design magazines, the same style stars seem to appear over and over. Christopher Spitzmiller lamps, Saarinen tulip tables, Eames lounge chairs and Noguchi coffee tables come to mind.
So we're going to start a new series here called Style Stars, spotlighting some of designs most beloved pieces.
Are you ready?
First up, Lindsey Adelman lighting.
A relative newbie in the design world, (her studio was founded in 2006) Adelman's gorgeous handcrafted light fixtures are sure to become a design classic. Her work explores the contrast between blown glass and industrial structure.
Her branching bubble chandelier is her most iconic and once you know what to look for, you'll see it popping up everywhere.
Let's play I Spy shall we?
However, Adelman's no one trick pony. I've noticed her more angular Agnes chandelier popping up in residences and retail stores around New York.
Even her branching collection has branched out (couldn't resist) to include bubble-less versions like the one below.
You can see all of Adelman's work and her to-die-for-lookbook here.
