We're hosting Thanksgiving for the first time this year (and by hosting I mean, my parents are coming and they will probably do 99% of the preparations). However, I will try my best to be more help than harm.
Besides micromanaging the side dish menu (check!) I'm also excited to set a real-live Thanksgiving table. This week I fell into the Pinterest Rabbit Hole Searching for inspiration. Here's what I found:
I love this magnolia runner and jewel toned flowers. The persimmons are a pretty touch.
I was toying around with place setting ideas when I stumbled upon these rosemary cards. so simple and yet so pretty.
I recently scored a bunch of crystal candlesticks at Goodwill, so I'd like to use those running down the big farm table that I bought this summer. And while we have a table, we still don't have chairs because I've had some commitment issues. I'm considering renting a few for the day (we're hosting ten people) but that is still very much TBD.
These wooden boxes (above) are such a sweet way to corral a centerpiece.
Where do I find these white pumpkins? Whole Foods maybe?
This is such a clever idea for adding a bit of decor to your light fixture...although part of me worries that it could be a fire hazard.
And another adorable (and affordable) napkin setting.
More summery than fall but I love how the garland drapes to the floor.
Pure fall perfection. I don't think it will be nice enough to eat outside (although if it is, I'll take it!).
